If you encounter any issues regarding class delivery, commitments made during admission, faculty support, or any other concern, please reach out to our team. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive learning experience. Any eligible refund requests will be processed strictly according to the policy outlined below.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Deeptron Technology respects your privacy regarding any information collected through our website, training programs, and related services.

We collect personal information only when necessary to provide our services effectively. Information is collected through lawful and transparent methods with your knowledge and consent. We clearly communicate why information is being collected and how it will be used.

Information provided by you may be used by Deeptron Technology for communication, service updates, educational support, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns. We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

We do not publicly share personally identifiable information and only disclose information where required by applicable law. Our website may contain links to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.

Refund Terms & Conditions

• Registration fees of ₹1000 are included in the total fee paid by the student and are adjusted in the overall course fee.
• Registration fees and applicable GST are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The first two classes of any course are considered trial classes. Students who are unable to understand the lectures must report their concern to the Program Manager immediately after the second class.
• In such cases, the course fee will be refunded after deducting GST and the registration fee of ₹1000.
• After the trial period, fees once paid become non-refundable under any circumstances, including relocation, job placement, examinations, medical reasons, family matters, personal commitments, or any other reason whatsoever.
• Fees paid are non-transferable to any other admission, student, referral, or course registration.
• After one year from the date of admission, Deeptron Technology shall not be responsible for providing services or refunds against deposited fees. One year is considered sufficient time for course completion.

Policy for Trainer Leaving Midway

As per industry standards, no employee is legally obligated to remain with an organization indefinitely. Deeptron Technology cannot compel any trainer or employee to continue employment against their will.

If a trainer resigns during an ongoing course, Deeptron Technology will immediately arrange demo sessions with alternative trainers. Based on collective batch feedback, a suitable trainer will be finalized and assigned to complete the course curriculum.

During this transition period, course duration may be extended to ensure all concepts, modules, and practical sessions are completed thoroughly without compromising quality.

Refunds will not be provided in such situations, as fees are paid to Deeptron Technology as an educational institution and not to an individual trainer. Deeptron Technology remains fully responsible for ensuring successful completion of the course.
